Alumni: A True Measure of Success
Great to Good Author Jim Collins, the 49er’s Jason Hill, Former San Francisco Mayor Frank Jordan, SFPD Deputy Chief David Shinn, Olympic Athlete Ben Wildman-Tobriner.
What do all these people have in common? They are all alumni of Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco!
They are among the many famous alumni who have attended Clubs across the country, including: General Wesley Clark, Bill Cosby, Michael Jordan, Brad Pitt, President Clinton, Jackie Joyner Kersee, Martin Sheen, Neil Diamond, and Denzel Washington.
While many Club alumni have achieved particular distinction in fields such as entertainment, business, politics and sports, the average alumnus has achieved success by getting an education, raising a family, serving their country, pursuing a career or supporting their community. We are so proud of all of our alumni who demonstrate our impact everyday.
