- 3 x 100s on 2 minutes with flip turns
- Legal Turns and Racing Starts

- Athletes have appropriate gear (suit, towel, goggles, caps, fins, kickboard) at the start of practice.
- Athletes support younger or newer swimmers and contribute positively to team culture.
- Athletes maintain focus during sets, minimizes distractions, and takes pride in self-improvement.
- Athletes set goals and work consistently towards goals.

- 200 IM under 2:45 with proper dive, stroke, and turns
- Must have a Championship Meet Cut time
Swimmers ages 13+...
- 5 x 100s freestyle on 1:30 with proper flip turns
- 200 IM under 3:00 with proper dive, stroke, and turns
Key Expectations:
- Athletes balance academics, training, and rest, demonstrating responsibility in and out of the pool.
- Athletes arrive on time and are in the water at the start of practice with the appropriate gear (suit, towel, goggles, caps, fins, kickboard).
- Athletes consistently demonstrate strong work ethic, discipline, and respect at practices and meets, setting a positive example for the program.
- Athletes actively reflect on progress, adjust goals as needed, and work independently toward improvement.
