Dear Club Families,
In the event that a strike takes place, we plan to open our eight neighborhood Clubhouses during the school day for current members ages 6 to 18, but will not be opening our Clubs located on SFUSD campuses. We will open all day, approximately 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (please check with your Clubhouse to get the hours of operations).
If your child is a member of a School-Based Club operated at a SFUSD school, your Site Director will reach out directly with information about which Clubhouse your child can attend.
During times of uncertainty, Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco is proud to be a stable, dependable, and consistent support for youth and families. Please look out for future messages from us.
Best,
Harold Love
Senior Vice President of Club Services
Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco
*While this message is being shared with all current Club families, it is intended specifically for families whose youth are SFUSD students*.
A holiday message from BGCSF President, Rob Connolly.
This fall, we reached an exciting milestone as we leaned more intentionally into girls’ sports across our Clubs. One partnership that truly shines is our collaboration with Bay FC, Visa, and Street Soccer USA, which is helping expand access to soccer for elementary and middle school girls across San Francisco.
A letter of gratitude from BGCSF President, Rob Connolly, to all supporters.
